Recipe: Grilled Potatoes



Grilled Potatoes


2 lbs small or nugget potatoes (halved)

4 tbsp olive oil

3 sprigs of basil

1 tspn oregano

1 tspn rosemary

3 cloves garlic

1 tbsp Rub


Ensure that potatoes pieces are of uniform size. Coat potatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle on rub, oregano and rosemary. Wrap in tinfoil with the basil and garlic. Place on grill for 30 minutes.
